Innerpreneurs Circles

Authentic interactive sharing moments with other entrepreneurial leaders.

A small and intimate group of around 20 entrepreneurs and leaders come together to share experiences, challenge assumptions, and develop new insights to embody regenerative leadership in practice.

Each circle is facilitated by an experienced Innerpreneurs facilitator and is usually enriched by insights and personal testimonies from entrepreneurs and leaders.

The circles are designed as safe and courageous spaces where entrepreneurial leaders can speak authentically without masks.

From a challenging invitation

We organise open circles around a specific question that continually invites deeper conversations and insights. Each circle starts with the question “What if…?”.

What if we redefine success?
What if the self-made entrepreneur is a myth?
What if successful entrepreneurship begins with self-care?
What if these uncertain times require a different kind of leadership?

Each session is interactive, thoughtful and practical, offering leaders both inspiration and concrete insights they can bring back to their organizations.

We live in a world that rewards leaders for providing clarity, certainty and direction. Yet the challenges we face are becoming increasingly complex, interconnected and unpredictable.

What if leadership is no longer about having the right answers, but about asking better questions?

Entrepreneurs and leaders who want to create meaningful impact can no longer rely on yesterday's models. They are called to navigate uncertainty, embrace emergence and create the conditions for collective intelligence to flourish.

This INNERPRENEURS circle explores leadership not as control or certainty, but as a practice of sense-making, experimentation and presence. An invitation to strengthen your capacity to lead when the path is not yet visible. Not to predict the future, but to help shape it with greater awareness, courage and wisdom.

We welcome two special guests:

Rudy De Waele, founder of Voices of Emergence, regenerative leadership practitioner and futurist
Christel Reynaerts, conscious leadership coach and former CEO with 25+ years of international corporate leadership

They each share from their own experience. The circle is facilitated by Vincent De Coninck (INNERPRENEURS), with space for small-group reflection and shared insights.

A collaboration between Innerpreneurs and Partena Feeling Great, in the context of resilience and self-care for entrepreneurs.

Companionship is not something you buy. It grows out of a relationship, from coming back a few times, from getting to know people and recognising each other. That is why we do not ask anyone to become a Companion before we have truly met each other multiple times.

Companions carry the INNERPRENEURS movement with an annual contribution. They gain access to all open circles and community gatherings, invitations to Companion-only gatherings, and a place in a Community of Practice.
